Consider the following USA Today breaking headline as a primary factor: “Spring ocean temperatures are shockingly hot around the globe, scientists aren’t sure what comes next.” Superheating seas will soon translate to superheating land masses. The paradox is that every single climate engineering chemical cloud seeding cool-down comes at the cost of an even worse overall warming of the planet.
